DA B18A REBUILD

· Parts list: Rods, Pistons, Engine mounts, Clutch, water pump, intake manifold, complete gasket kid, valve kit, oil pump, half-rad, radiator hoses, header, Aem fuel rail, slim rad fan, Axle,

Procedure:

1. Remove front bumper (cred to G2IC tips)

2. Remove headlights (cred to G2IC tips)

*It's a good idea to pressure wash the entire front end after the bumper is off. degrease everything and remove all grime. this will make the whole process cleaner and easier.

*Be organized, store all parts in zip lock bags and label everything!

3. Remove hood. Mark around brackets to ensure proper realignment during installation. Also remove washer sprayer hose.

4. Disconnect and remove battery.

5. Remove intake.

6. Start unplugging electrical connections.
